Advent Calendar Zipped Pouch / Bags Instructions - Digital Download

This PDF instruction will show you how to make a set (24) of hanging Advent bags that will be eagerly awaited, year after year. This a great stash buster. If you have lots of small pieces of Xmas fabric left from previous makes, this is a fabulous way to use them.

This collection of numbered (or not!) pyramid bags is a lovely way to count down to Christmas. The make isn’t as daunting as it first looks.  I will take you through a few hints and tips on how to approach it, making it quicker and easier than sitting to sew individual bags, one at a time.

All the bags can be made from five fat quarters. This however, means using your nice Christmas fabric as linings.  If you choose a less expensive lining fabric you will have plenty of your Christmas fabric left, to either make another advent calendar or another project.
